    Out injured

If I'm out injured over the next 12 weeks or so would it be of any benefit to run igf 1 while I'm out. I can do legs which I will 2x per week and cardio.

Whether you workout or not igf 1 will cause hyperplasia? Upon my comebakc I plan to use igf1 along with test cyp at 600mg and eq at 600.

I am currently on trt at 150 mg per week.

Still doing a lot of research on igf 1 to properly educate myself as well.

Stats are 74 in 260lbs 32 years old.

6' 2" and 260lbs? What's your bf? You should watch your diet so you gain muscle pounds over fat pounds. You should be 10% to 15% bf before your go on your AAS cycle. Did something happen? You're only 32 but your on TRT already? If you can get the real IGF-1 you're good to go. Inject bilaterally IM immediately after you workout. The hard workout resets the IGF receptors so the max amount of IGF can be absorbed into the muscles. IGF will do very little if you're not working out. If you're training your legs 2 x week you should see some results in 12 weeks. Good luck, heal well.

I recently took myself off trt. Didn't like how things were going. After doing a serious restart I don't feel half bad. I'll be honest. But my bf is prolly near 20. 38 in waist. But I also bench close to 500 and shoulder press mid 300s.

But while I'm out for my surgery I will be doing legs 2x per week. Eating super clean and lots of cardio. I thought igf caused hyperplasia which means while I'm out I thought I would generate new muscle cells. I didn't know if there was any connection between working out and how igf works

IGF can assist with hypertrophy (growing in size) by promoting protein synthesis. No drug, however, will cause hyperplasia (new cells). You are born with X number of muscle fibers and you will not grow new ones. Your existing ones just get larger and, in order for those existing fibers to get larger, you need to exercise them. Without exercise your fibers will not undergo hypertrophy.

I was under the assumption that hgh grows new cells via igf 1

HGH is the only compound that will cause hyperplasia. It's the real deal.
