    Need some advice

Sorry, this may be in the wrong section, this is my first time posting here.
Im 20, 6', 180lbs, 7% body fat. I have been working out regularly (4-7 times per week) for the past 4 years. I have tried many pre-workouts and other supplements, creatines, zma, beta-alanine, lots of protein, and i am interested in looking into something a little more effective for my next bulk.
I am aware that steroids are discouraged at my age, because my test levels are naturally high, but I wanted advice on something i can take that may be a little stronger than regular over the counter stuff. I've heard some recommendations for pro-hormones or HGH, and i wanted some more informed opinions.

Diet/exercise tips are appreciated, though ive probably heard them all. Im taking atleast 300g of protein per day, doing high weight low reps, working out 4-5 days a week to leave time for recovery, but still staying active every day.

Im not looking for a safer alternative to anabolics, just something to give me maximum effect that wont just be a waste of money.

    Thanks

Welcome and glad you are here!

First of all 20 is way too early for HGH.

You have a ton of growth hormone now and to take HGH could actually effect your endocrine system and really mess it up. You could create a negative feedback loop. In effect this means that by taking synthetic HGH you could get used to it by starting to rely on it and by doing so, your own growth hormone production slows down and could eventually even shut down.

Plus at 20 your growth plates may not have fused yet. This would not be a good scenario either. This could effect your normal growth.

Let me tell you this: with your natural high levels of testosterone you have a real edge now. Many members here only wish they have what you have! So take advantage of what you have and learn to eat right and train correctly.

There are some great guys in the Diet Question forum who will really help you out and lead you to your goals. Please go there and start talking to them. Start a thread with what you eat and I will guarantee you that within a few months you will have a new body!

I don't really like prohormones because either they're junk or they're AAS in disguise. The problem is you don't know which one. If it's AAS it'll shut you down and without a good PCT you could get hurt. At least with AAS you know what you're getting and you can prepare a good PCT to recover. Like Slim says you're a little young at 20 for either AAS or HGH. At 6', 180lbs, 7% bf, you're lean and ready to really workout. Give supplements a chance for the next few years along with hard training. Once you maximize your natural potential your experience with AAS or HGH will be much better. Good luck.

you can get 5 to 10 pounds a year easy, just with supplements and working out, spend some time on the diet section find one good for you and in 5 years from now you will be 23-30 pounds lean muscle then you can think about AAS, there is not a magic fix with AAS, people got hurt special in your age.

Thanks for the advice guys, from what you've told me I agree, HGH does not sound like the way to go. That being said, if you guys do have any other recommendations of non-basic-OTC supplements, I'm interested in atleast trying something new. As for diet and exercise routine, I have a trainer I work with who helps me with that, he just can't professionally recommend anything of questionable legality (aka steroids ).

I honestly don't know what half of the substances listed in this sections title are, I just picked here to post as my question related in part to HGH. If any of the others could be beneficial to someone of my stats, I'd be interested to give them a shot.

    Thanks again guys

Great to hear you will stay away from the gh.
Why not start a thread in the supplement forum? there is help there too as far as figuring out what you might want; just be specific with stating your goals so you get personalized help

Agree with Slim & others. Your bodies natural GH output will hardly change over the next 10 years. Use these years and the benefits of being young to your advantage.

The nutrition and workout q+a would be two good places to determine if your choice of foods and training are on the right track.
