    What are your stats?
What are your goals with hgh?

    In short,

Shortest: 1 day, you will not see results but its very short to take GH
Longest: until you die, you will see results but at what long term cost (that cost is by a lot of people not that bad with GH)

Least: 0IU, thats not a lot
Most: how deep is your wallet and what size shoes do you desire?

    And now seriously.

If you want a serious answer, which I believe you want, it is good to think at least a little about what you are asking.

It is very difficult and irresponsibe for us to give anybody advice on such a important compound as GH without your age, medical status, goals, prior history with AAS and willingness to do things

    Help us help you

Welcome to the HGH forum. Please as suggested in the above post, give your stats. This will help personalize what suggestions are given.

Depending what kind of results you expect do you need to choose a dosage

    In general:

1-2IU: healing (such as after a surgery etc)
2-4IU: anti-aging benefits and fat loss
4+: all of the mentioned and added musclegrowth (more muscle cells, not bigger muscles per se). The increase in musclecells is in correlation with dosage, meaning the more you use in general more of the wanted effect in growing new muscles cells you will have.

These are general guidelines and are very person dependant.

We all know people that heal very good on 1IU and also people that dont lose any fat on 4-5IU.

It all depends on body, age, training, diet and many other biological things.

Side effects are also usually dose dependent, the higher you go the more you will have. WIllingness to do things plays a great part here as some want results with no side effects thus keeping the doses low and getting in most cases less results. Some dont mind pain and suffering and have more chance (because of higher dosage) of meeting their goals.

Each person's different. If you want to see results I'd say it would take 6 weeks. If you quit at that time, why even start? Longest? I've been on 5iu/ed for over two years. I don't forsee stopping anytime soon. Still getting good results.

    Well,

If someone wants to see results they can stop as soon as they see them. They saw the results thus fulfilling their goal.

It is something totally different to use a compound to the best of its abillities.

We all know what we all usually mean, but it is also important to think about the question as to get an answer that would please the question asker

i recomend running it 6 months minimum, and at your age your pituitary is still releasing a decent amount of gh, so if its not cost effective for you id wait until you hit 30 or so.

Agree with above ....waiting a few more years since you already have a ton of gh now and achieving your goals naturally for a bit will pay off.

The good thing about HGH is that it really works. The bad thing is that the results wear off over time. It's a constant use compound. The results seem to wear off faster with age. I'm 50 and I can see the results start to disappear in about 3 weeks.

I'm 51 and have been taking HGH for over two years now. I can feel the effects of HGH diminish in couple of days, if I quit taking my daily dose.

I'd recommend it for most people over 40.

I am not planning to stop HGH, ever! At my age, 48, why would I? I run 7x7 with it...

At your age I suggest you be careful with the negative feedback loop with your Pituitary. Like nicnitro you may want to run 5x7 to let your natural pulses take place for a few days without the negative feedback from the synthetic GH. Or, you could pin it early am so you don't interfere with the large nocturnal pulse.
