    1st slin log. DEC11

    took the plunge today, started at 4iu's fast acting slin.

    starting weight 209lbs

    also on 250pw sust (trt) and 1iu hgh

    took a shot directly after chest session, waited 10mins and had 380ml lucozade, 10mins after that had 50grs whey and 3/4 cup of oats, 1hr later had 8oz lean steak and noodles.

    no sides to report at all, plan to do 4iu's 2moro and then 6iu's for 2days and so on up to 10iu's

    NB, i wont be pushing shoulders and chest too hard for afew weeks due to feeling my way in after rotator cuff injury, will however be thrashing everything else.

    not a fantastic pic, chest hadnt been trained for 2mths b4 this pic, as i said i'll mostly concentrate on arms and traps and lightly on delts and pecs.

    its genetropin made in greece, really good stuff. had to drop it down to 1iu make my last 50iu's last, jacked my job in afew weeks back. its still working even at 1iu !! when i can afford afew kits i will go back up to 3iu's pd, its all i need from this stuff

    im now past my 4hr mark since injection, and absolutely no shaking etc to report, i may have went overkill on the carbs, im sure vettewreck will be here soon to advise

    Cool man! Good luck! I cant tell you if you went overkill on carbs or not bc I dont know the Grams in Lucozade at 380ml. But as long as you didnt get the shakes at the 2hour mark its all good! And I like doing slow carbs (oats, rice, waxymaize) soon after to help prolong the carbs in my system. I pretty much stuck to the same IU for 3 consistant workouts before upping the dose to make sure I got timing down.

    its amazing how little an amount 4iu's looks in the pin but has the potential to keel you over!!

    Yeah thats way overkill lol, but better safe than sorry your first time!

    On the high end, its 10g per iu. So you really only "needed" 40g. Ive found about 8/9 per iu to be fine.

    did fasted cardio for 40mins this morn, injected 4iu's straight afta. did the same food as y'day. no probs at all. one difficulty i think may be is the fact im using jack3d and im spacey and shakey afta training for a good 1-1.5hrs anyhow, could be diff to tell if its the slin or jack3d?

    wont the slin utilise all the carbs anyhow mate, or am i asking for fat gain doing this?

    I've never used Slin before and admittedly dont know an awful lot about it.

    I'll be watching this and I may indeed use it if your log goes well mate.

    Whats this compound like used as a mass agent? Some say amazing, others over ratted.

    well im only two days in but already i feel more solid and fuller, if you get me?
    if you look at vettewrecks log, it certainly put mass on him and reduced b/f
    i'll be putting up afew pics b4 the w'end so we'll have summit to compare with. i'll focus the pics mainly on my arms and legs as i wont be pushing hard on delts and chest due to nursing my rotator cuffs back to full health, back work is so so, dont want to do lats and rows too heavy, although it mostly should be ok as i can still d'lift and shrug fairly heavy.

    im using Novorapid btw

    It will use the carbs, but can also store some of it if you have TOO much. I wouldnt consider 15g over too much.

    yeah, the 3/4 cup of oats will give a nice slow release over the 4hr period also, gona take it up to 6iu's 2nite

    did 6iu's 2nite after an excellent arm workout, best workout ive had in 6mths!! feeling stronger and the pump is insane, i could have trained all night. same amount of carbs and protein afterwards, no sides to report as yet, ive a feeling i'll be at 10iu's by sunday

    yeah mate, was just considering that 2day. i'll get my 1st week over me and then most prob do that, but as of yet ive had absolutely no adverse effects and have half the lucozade in dublin in my fridge for back up lol

    did legs 2nite, shot 8iu's slin and followed the usual nutrition protocol, absolutely no probs again. with my simple carb drink i am just below the 8gm's per iu guideline so im guessing tht i have good tolerance? feeling very strong on this stuff, went up 15kgs on leg extensions. feel really good mind to muscle connection. think i might hit 10iu's after 2mro nites training

    I was sailing smoothly untill I hit 10iu then I had to adjust again. Just keep that in mind.

    also finding that 3-4hrs after shooting the slin i get a massive drive of energy and focus, i could go straight back to the gym! makes me wonder what pre work shots are like, although thts further down the line for me

    did a fasted crdio this morn, 50mins. followed the same protocol with 8iu's and usual food intake. i feel more 'pumped' by the day. beginning to wonder if i should just use the slin on my weight training days and if theres much benefit in using it on cardio days? any experienced answers welcomed

    I dont really see the benefit using slin on cardio only days. The way and purpose slin works just makes more sense to use on weight days than cardio days. (but I could be wrong)

    yeah cos i prefer to kp the arbs low on cardio days, slin could poss be very useful in carb cycling, in theory utilising the carbs just exactly how you'd want it?

    did light chest and shoulder workout today, pinned 10iu's, followed usual food protocol and at around the 1.5hr mark i got this weird trippy dizziness so took no chances and drank 190ml lucozade and felt ok within 10mins. it was more like a 'high' rather than plain ordinary dizzy? think i'll take in 100grs simple carbs afta pinning from now on.
    love how pumped i feel at the moment, everything just feels that bit more 'solid'

    Welcome to 10iu LOL... For whatever reason at 10iu it takes every bit of 10g per iu. At least for several weeks, then you can lower it abit. Not sure why this is the case at 10iu, but maybe its the bodys tolerance at higher levels.

    i also found tht i could tell the diff with hypo coming on from the buzzy feel of jack3d, happy about this as it was a concern. with the hypo it was as if everything around me was slowing down

    this stuff is def upping my strength big time! did deads 2nite for 1st time in 2.5mths, worked up to 200kgs x 4, 220kgs x 3 and 230kgs x 3. was impressed by tht considering im only just getting back in2 heavier stuff.

    did 10iu's pwo and upped my pwo lucozade to 570mls thus increasing simple carbs by 50% and kept all other intake the same. didnt have any hypo feeling this time so seem to have found my balance.

    after 1 week ive gone up 3kgs in weight.

    going to start shooting 5iu's 1st thing in morns

    did my 1st morning shot today. 5iu's followed by the appropriate carbs/protein. feel it has helped with the lower back pain from last nites dlifting

    5iu's this morn and 10iu's after arm workout, this stuff is amazing, im strong as fook on it and can train through massive pumps tht otherwise would prevent me from goin further. i should have been crippled today after mondays dlift session, its def upping my recovery. ive found my new compound lol
