    Hi,

GH is indeed good for improved sleeping but only using it for that is not a wise choice.

Money wise but also because Gh has a much more profound effect on the whole body.

Look at your diet (late meals), workout regiment (overtraining), supplementation and daily regime (late coffee, lot of stress, goign out a lot etc)

    Good Luck

I had sleep issues for years. Tried all the above as mentioned -- Melatonin helped for a short while. Finally I decided to go with one cup coffee per day (morning) and boom I sleep like a baby.

Me too, giving up caffeine was about the third best thing I did.

yeah, ive had sleep issues for years, as well. Melatonin does work well but I found that after a couple months the effect started to wear off. I researched some about it in the past, and found that it really only works, atleast works best, with little light exposure. For example, u prob should only be in a dimly lit room for 30 min or so (Ive read up to a few hours but 30min or so works for me) before you take it and avoid bright room lights, computer screens, etc until you go to sleep. I must admit though that I still watched a little tv during this time though, which isnt recommended but id go crazy just sitting around trying to get tired. If just melatonin doesnt do the trick maybe try avoiding light before looking for something else

Very true. I even put a little strip of black electric tape on all my electronics to prevent those little red lights glaring thru the night. Any artificial light source can keep night owls awake tossing and turning.
