22 year old natural gh pulses throughout the day...
Curious to know when the body produces the most gh throughout the day, I know for a fact that it the largest pulse is 2 hours after you go to bed, but if your daily schedule consists of getting up at 10 am to 12 am, where are the next largest pulses throughout the day? And how long is the negative feedback loop if you take exogenous gh? 3-4 hours

Ramacher....you are right that the major gh pulse is in the first couple hours of going to sleep and I have heard a natural pulse is high around 10 PM since this coincides with the natural circadian rhythm hence why going to bed early really does help get that natural pulse.....
Aren't you taking hgh? is something else on your mind?
Being 22 is on my mind. Please ask if something else is concerning you. I will not bite. Just rant! One being that the negative feedback loop could last longer if you start relying on the synthetic gh which could make your own natural pulse really lower a lot if not shut down entirely.Last edited by SlimmerMe; 01-13-2011 at 10:07 AM.

Did you stop taking hgh then? Because from what I recall, you were earlier. So curious if you decided to stop which I hope you have.

Didn't trust the gym rats and didn't want anything from China IMO. Also do you know how much in IU your body produces after a hard weight workout?

I have no idea how much gh is produced after a workout. Wait for someone else to chime in on this.
I did read however in one of your post where you said you took hgh for 4 months? or am I imagining this?
please correct me if I am wrong.

6 months, but I ended up selling the rest of it because I was dead tired, it was ND Blues. Also one of my bosses at work said it can take hgh at around 5IU a day and gain muscle and lose fat at whatever diet you choose. Boy was he wrong.

Basically I was told it was the magic bullet, but nonetheless you need a solid diet as the starting foundation of any cutting regiment. Wish someone could have told me this sooner.

hexarelin is supposed to be like GHRP-6. I don't know if it'll shut you down or not. There seem to be a lot of marketing info and not too much science. I'm always wary of peptides that supposed to bring results like HGH. Why not just HGH? At your age, your natural level of GH is good to go.

if I knew I would make a trillion dollars.....I have no idea....but maybe someone else does...
I have heard that squats help to activate a gh pulse
and also going to be early to mimic the circadian rhythm sometime around 10pm
maybe somebody in the workout forum knows.....
