HGH timing throughout the day....
Hey I'm new to this forum was wondering to get your input on my scheduled protocol.
Wake up at 6:30 AM - 2IU sub-q
Then go back to bed and get up at 9:00 AM and eat breakfast
Now this is where I am confused to do my next shot and the information is kinda blurry:
If I take HGH pre-workout, I would need to take it 1-2 hours before weights because it usually takes 1-2 hrs for the IGF levels in the blood to rise and I want to elevated IGF levels when I hit the weights for more muscle mass. I was thinking 3IU.
If I take HGH post-workout 3IU, does it hit my system quicker and allow for more muscle as well?
Lastly, if I take 2IU in the morning and go back to bed, and shoot around mid-day 3IU, does this necessarily cancel out the roughly 1.5IU my body naturally produces 2 hours after I go asleep after midnight?
Thanks and God Bless,

You're really thinking about this stuff aren't you? Your morning shot sounds good. I'd shoot the second one early afternoon before dinner. To me, it doesn't matter if it's pre or post workout. I'd try to keep the schedule based on time instead of event.

The very reason to take GH after 4-5 a.m. is to not interfere with your natural GH release in the night.
Early in the morning or first thing in the morning is the very best time to take GH (that's what all the pro's mean when they say 'getting up in the middle of the night for protein shake=pinning GH early in the morning to blunt cortisol)
The afternoon shot (if not too late in the evening) will not interfere with nightly GH pulse as exo GH interferes with natural release for about 4 hours.
After those 4 hours your body continues on it's natural patern of GH release.
