Already on GH at 6iu/day (7days a week, ramped up to 6). Im wondering how I might take the 3 items split 2x aday (not 3 due to inability with work schedule)
Was thinking
630am CJC+GHRP6 100mcg
645am GH 3iu
715am Breakfast
---a bunch of meals here, I eat 6 on non workout days, 7 on workout days---
700pm Gym
830pm PWO Meal
930pm CJC+GHRP6 100mcg
945pm GH 3iu + 100mcg T4 + (possibly Melatonin)
11pm Casein 2 scoops
1130pm Asleep
Does this look about right?
Should any of these be taken closer to a time when I can eat, or do I need more or less time around food time
