IGF-1 Lr3 in need of dosage instructions
Well i seen that AR-R has IGF-1 Lr3 and I wanted to ask some experienced users what they though of it and also if thy can provide me with a sample dosing cycle.

14 yrs training
3 cycles
195 pds
14% bf 32 in waist
32 yrs old

I've used it and will use it again.
I've done 80mcg on training days only.

walnutz how long did you use it for? 80mcg? i would be measuring by iu's no?

I did a one month cycle.
After reconstitution, I measure out 80mcg and inject subq.

understood thank you Walnutz. What type of results did you see? As far as bd reduction, addition of lean mass, any other positives?

Lr3 is useless at building muscle tissue, been there many years ago and its one of the biggest marketed bull going, have you seen any human studies done on it? Id never use it again.

I've cycled igf-lr3 twice. The AA mixed with the igf stung like a bee. The first time I pushed in the plunger I jumped and yelped. I thought I got stung by a wasp. Results? I was stacking with HGH and AAS so I can't tell for sure if it was the igf or the HGH or the AAS. The HGH definitely helped me get leaner.

There will always be positives and negatives about igf. You need to try it yourself and decide for yourself.

Hey bro. I've used igf a lot. Lr3 I usually do 40mcg pre workout. To be honest igf DES is much better. Most people who see igf as worthless is because it only really works by shuttling nutrients into the muscle. Essentially it's a more expensive version of insulin . And much safer IMO. I think it's also beneficial in pct. During my last pct, while using lr3 then DES, I kept all but 2lbs. I won't say that it was just the igf but I think it definitely helped. If you want to try it then get the DES version and look around for a supplier who is cheap and has buy one get one free. That was a hint on where to get it. But I have to say I don't really believe it causes increased muscle cells and all that
If you are looking for a really good peptide look into follistatin. That seems to be the most effective. Good luck
