    It wasn't a board - more of a blog article from 2007 outlining a study on growth hormone and its lack of effect on strength and performance. I'll see if I can find it again.

    http://www.slate.com/id/2162473/ Well, this was not the link, but it was referred to, and it should have all the information. In summary, they are saying HGH makes on "look good" (forgive the poor English use of the adjective where an adverb should be), but that it does not affect performance in a way that can be measured, including stength.
