GH advise please
hi guys im kinda a newbe havnt been on the here before but was seeking some advise please...
can you please tell me what the best dosege would be for a speed indurance athlete for GH.....
mainly it is for injury prevention recovery and well strength/stamina... so some good advise would be great as far as dosege how many times a week and how long..thanks guys

First of all HGH is a long term thing. At least a 6 months commitment.
Everyday dosing is preferred and when you read 5 on 2 off, this is usually for economic reasons yet some do this to try to trigger their own gh pulse to keep it alive and active.
Dosing depends really. If you have pharm grade then a lower dose. If not, then higher.
My guess for what you are after? end up around 3-4 units a day. Start out low. Build up slowly. Ramp up maybe .5 units a week or 2 to prevent sides from taking you over.
Honestly though, at 30 you still have a lot of GH production. Unless you are totally set on it, IMO? I would wait a few more years.
