    HGH BLAST Cycle - 3 Weeks - Please Critique

    Hi.

    I have been reading quite abit about different HGH protocols and blast protocols sound particularly interesting mimicking growth spurts.

    What do you guys think of this as a trial.

    7iu's/Day - Monday-Friday - Weekends Off.
    - Do that for 3 weeks. Then stop.

    Quick, blast cycle...

    Or the other option, 14 days flat out at 7ius.

    - Or is that simply not long enough?

    Most who blast with GH go much higher and do that for example 3 days a week (15-20 IU a day). Also combining it with Insulin .

    If you are going to do 7IU (which is a very good dose for muscle building) then use it every day.

    No reason to stop in the weekend (the body does not know it is weekend and this system was invented in order to save money).

    At 7IU a day it is not a blast in the modern sense, it will do it's work but for 7IU to do it's work you need a lot more time (go as long as possible, minmimum 6 months).

    If money is the issue, lower the dose and stay on that dose for as long as possible.

    The GH will over time build musclecells and in order to blow them up you will need AAS.

    My recommendation. Start slower than 7iu because you could get some serious sides. I would start at 2iu and increasy by 2iu each week until you get to the dose you want. You can also split the dose into am and afternoon pins to reduce sides. Trust me, I started too fast at first and my arms were numb and my fingers felt like sausages.

    Also, GH is not like AAS where you will see "instant" results from a 3 week blast. In all likelyhood you won't see much of anything in 3 weeks of running GH. If you are going to run GH, run it 6 months or more, or at least during your AAS cycles. I run GH 365 even when I'm cruising.

    I am a little leary of the Insulin because if you screw up your dead! What I do is create a natural Insulin spike post workout using a fruity protien shake and a few tspns of sugar. It's not as effective as injecting Insulin post work out but MUCH safer - IMHO

    Let us know your results. I'm curious to see if such a short burst will do anything. Particularly at 7iu/ed or 5/2. I've taken 10iu/ed for a couple of weeks (been on HGH continuously for a while) to see benefits and didn't see much over taking 5iu/ed constantly.
