This is my first time to use gh. I am about to start my diet for my next contest, I have been competing for the last severel years in bodybuilding and before that powerlifting. I no that you dont recomend gh for anyone under 30 but what about for some one who is trying to get to the next level in bodybuilding. I have done severel cycles and have done alot of research and for this contest I have someone doing my diet and all my supps. Just wanted some opionions on the subject. I will be taking 3 iu per day first thing in the morning and in about a month I will start the rest of my contest cycle.
