dont mix growth with carbs?
I keep hearing hgh doesn't mix well with carbs and can be dangerous or just bad? Anyone able to go in to detail on this? Sometimes fruits and sugars can be considered carbs. Does this mean a glass of orange juice is a problem? What is the amount of time you need to create enough separation between hgh pinning and carb ingestion? What are the dangers or effects of ignoring this rule short and long term?

Very interesting question. The recommendation for HGH is to take first thing in the morning on empty stomach. then wait one hour for eating any carbs. I take mine at 6 am then go back to bed, I have first meal around 8 am or so. I don't have an correct answer why can't mix carbs with hgh, I know has some to do with the high level of insulin , if you mixed.

Definetely much better absorbtion of the hgh when you follow the hour before and after shot no carb rule. The carbs will start your insulin going up and that will decrease absorbtion of hgh.

The reason why mixing carbs and GH is not advised is because of the effects GH has on natural insulin .
GH lowers secretion of insulin and blunts it's actions.
If carbs are consumed within this same period (about one hour prior and after, person dependant) the need for insulin in the blood will raise (insulin is the transport and storage hormone).
Because GH lowers and supresses natural insulin the body gets in a conflict state: needs insulin but it's own insulin is supressed.
This in some cases may lead to a form of diabetes (injecting exogenous insulin) to compensate for this constant lack and need of insulin.
How long it may take for possible diabetes to arise is not exactly known as science in general is not concerned with non-deficient subjects (healthy people) and GH/Insulin.
Any form of carbs (fast or low glycemic) is in general not a good idea to eat around the GH injection.
There are people however that (GH dose and person dependant) feel a strong decline in glucose levels after a GH shot and need fast acting carbs to counter this
fatigue.
Some do not believe in the possibility of creating or progressing diabetes, however the general theory is in place.
To be safe follow the rule of 1 hour prior/after and if needed adjust while in the proces of learning how your body reacts to exo-GH.

What if you woke up in the morning, took your daily GH shot(mine would be 4iu's), but took it with 2 scoops or 75g or Dextrose... to spike your own body's inslin levels for better GH absorbtion?

If Ive never had any negative sides by eating immediately after pinning GH, does this mean the compound is bunk or just might not be affected by it? Up till now, ive never known not to eat following pinning.

It's not something that you would necessarily feel. Its just that over time, with GH suppressing insulin secretion and carbs causing insulin release the body becomes confused and insulin resistance and even diabetes can result. Keep in mind that most of this is somewhat theoretical as there aren't really any studies on adults supplementing with GH that are not already deficient.
No offense, but you should start your own thread in this forum as you seem to have many questions that you should have found answers to before you started taking GH.
