HGH vs. IGF1 whats the difference?

From what I know, when you inject HGH all it really does is trigger your body to produce IGF1. IGF1 is what really is giving you the desired results and the GH is simply telling your body to produce it. If this is true then why does everyone talk about HGH all the time? Why isnt EVERYONE using IGF1 instead?

I think hgh makes several hormones rise, but IGF1 is only IGF1.

The muscle growth due to IGF is not the only side effect of HGH. There are a lot of benefits of HGH besides muscle growth. HGH increases memory retention. Lowers the body fat by increasing the basal metabolic rate. Your skin gets better, etc. HGH should not be used purely for bulking in my opinion. It's too expensive and the results take too long. Use AAS to increase mass. Used HGH to maintain mass. HGH + AAS is a really potent combo.

Its always been my understanding that igf1 is responsible for all these benefits and thath hgh only serves as a trigger for the igf1 to be released.

That is incorrect. I don't have time right now but later on this afternoon I'll link you to some info explaining in detail the different growth factors that HGH causes release of, how they affect the body, and why IGF-1 is not that effective by itself.

I think I understand that ugh might trigger other positive results. But of all the positive results that are triggered from hgh is igf1 the only one that is directly related to muscle cell growth?

IGF-1 does make muscles grow. One thing that HGH does is to increase the nitrogen in your muscles. Nitrogen retains more water and therefore cause hypertrophy in your muscles. It makes your arm larger, does that count for aiding in growth? There are a lot of stuff that HGH is doing to help your body. If you're only interested in muscle growth then you could look at HGH and IGF differently.
