    working out while on HGH?

I always read about the fact that their is a TRT/fat loss dose of HGH and then their is the higher muscle mass dose of HGH. Sometimes you hear people say "HGH grows more cells" while "AAS makes those cells bigger" If this is true then is it dose dependant? meaning, do you have to take a certain level dose in order to grow more cells or will you grow more cells on any dose?

I also wanted to know, are those cells forever or will you "lose" them when you stop HGH or with age?

I was also thinking about while taking HGH shouldn't you grow more cells regardless of your level physical activity? Like, for instance, when on AAS you really need to be on top of your diet and your workout in order to take complete advantage of the cycle. Wouldn't it seem that HGH would not be dependent on the same things?

For hyperplasia to occur you will need to run at least 6-8ius minimum for 8-12 months IMHO

The effects of HGH is analog not digital. If you take 3iu/ed your body will use it the same way as taking 10iu/ed. It's just that taking 10iu/ed will magnify the effects of the HGH. HGH burns fat at 3iu/ed and 10iu/ed. You'll just see more results at 10iu/ed. The HGH will also cause hyperplasia at 3iu/ed and at 10iu/ed. However at 3iu/ed you won't notice the hyperplasia as much as the fat loss. Once your cell divides and increases in number you'll never lose them. They just get smaller and weaker. Same like your adipose tissue. Once you increase the number of fat cells they never decrease in number. They just decrease in size. You will grow more cells regardless of your activity rate if you're using HGH. You just can't cheat nature. If you do nothing with your new muscle cells how can one expect to grow in size and strength? It won't happen. ALL of the rules of BB applies to HGH usage. The good diet, sleep, training, supplements, etc. will increase your growth potential. Do nothing and just take HGH? The affects will be minimal.

I think marcus means you wont notice the hyperplasia at 3iu's...... not that it wont happen.
