the beni of hgh by it self is only aging - you will age less or some say stop aging in looks totally...

At your age 31 its early but you can give a shot. 8ui/day you will see some results, special if you have a good quality hgh, lets say after 6 months, but you really need its T4 (thyroxine sodium 100mcg/day before bed time) with HGH, without it's waisted money on hgh. You need to be on hgh a lest 2 moths before start your test if you can wait more then 2 months its better, give some time for more cells to grow. Make sure you got measurements to see your's progresses. Have some blood work done every 4 to 5 weeks (if possible) and keep and eye on thyroid.
okay thanks jumper! But I thought hgh would give you more energy? I get up every morning 6AM, shoot 4IU then go back to bed, then get up around 8AM and start my day. However, around 3PM is when I feel really tired and I need to take a long nap, I don't think this is normal.
don't believe hgh has anything to do with energy, I'm on 4ui/day (one shot in morning) and didn't notice energy improvement, I strong believe that has some to do with low test. I have low test and going into TRT starting my first shot this friday. I take vitamin B12 injectable 1cc/week, sub, on my belly area, that one give energy and help keep my metabolism fast, some times I forget to do it and I really notice, I been on b12 since march last year.
When I'm only on HGH, 5iu/ed, I feel great and get great results. I normally weigh about 200lbs after PCT. When I'm only on HGH I'm normally about 190lbs. My chest workout is 205lbs bench 10 reps followed by 10 wide grip pull ups. I rest 60 seconds then I do repeat this super set for 10 sets. I feel really strong when I'm only on HGH. I take the AAS because it makes all the joint pains go away. It's the water retention in the deca.
