I was just wondering what ur diet looks like for those who use HGH.
Ill start off with what my diet look like.
2 units in the morning.
1 hour later:
Meal 1: 10 egg whites + 1 cup of oatmeal.
Meal 2: 200 - 250 grams of chicken breast, lean meat, or fish + sweet potato
Workout
PWO: Gatorade + IS0 100 protein shake (o carbs, 0 fats) 60 gs of protein.
Meal 3: 200 - 250 grams of chicken breast, lean meat, or fish + 70 grams of brown brice or sometimes sweet potato.
Meal 4: 200 - 250 grams of chicken breast, lean meat, or fish
Meal 5: 200 - 250 grams of chicken breast, lean meat, or fish
1 Hour later I pin 4 units.
