    gh levels testing????

    hi guys just wondering whn would b the best way or time to get my levels checked.i just went for testing to see if my product was good and it came bak at 500 1hr aft i pinned.it was low 200s b4 i started .now im just curiuos how cn i test to c wht my average levels would b
