Humalog,humulin R,IGF

Will be taking 10iu humulin R first thing in the morning and humalog post training in the evening at 10iu aswel..Wanting to add in some igf at 40 to 80mcg. Just need some advice on how to take igf as i know it can be extreamly dangerous to take with insulin . I have used insulin many times before.

deca 600mg per week
equi-700mg per week
test e-1200mg per week
anap-100mg per day

lifting for 8 years
gained 90lbs in 4 years using gear
10 cycles
220lbs
25 years old

looking to add as much weight as i can over the winter period.. Going to be doing a comp towards the end of the year.

Pls can some1 just give me some advice on using igf and insluin together..Basically i just want to know if it is safe to use them together post workout at night?i will be using humulin R in the morning and then il use the humalog and igf lr3 post workout..Insulin will be between 8-12ius and ifg between 20-40mcg..
