GH split shots please advice

Hello people. i have been taking Gh for 4 months now and I have noticed a difference at 5IU's a day. I will be uping the dosage to 7IU's but my delima is what will benefit me more for losing weight to make my show May 28. I have some weight to lose still so plugging away. I have also started on T4's in the mix with a whole bunch of gear. My question is how should I split the GH shots ?

I have heard ppl taking it first thing when they rise and right after workouts. All before bedtime, all first thing in the morning. LOL so confusing. I want to maximize the GH as much as I can to lose the weight.

I know the T4's will help as well how ling for the T4's to kick in. I heard couple weeks

7 units? First one in the AM in wee hours and then the 2nd early afternoon when your cortisol rises again and you want to blunt it....

What if I cant early afternoon due to the fact Im at work. Its tough

when you come home? but wait to eat for an hour as you probably know...

just trying to stay away from bedtime....

Usually I head to the gym right after work and Im home for 6pm have my last meal at 7:30pm so maybe before my meal ??

So I was thinking of doing 4IU's in the morning and the other 3IU's after workout ??

sounds good to me....but wait for the others to chime in.
