    two single injections or four single injections?

    Currently running 8IU a day, 4IU in morning and afternoon. But would it be more beneificial to run 2IU four times a day or does it matter?

    That seems a little excessive. By that I mean completely unnecessary. Most people will do just 1 injection so you're already splitting it up more that most of us.

    2x's IMO.....

    but also 8 ED is excessive especially at 29

    Twice a day is just fine. The half life of HGH is long enough so that twice a day injection will keep the levels pretty steady through out the day.
