Currently 2.5 IU twice a day (5IU total) ED.
I have been taking HGH for 6 weeks now.
Aerobic workout 6 days a week in the morning.
Weight workout 4 to 5 days a week as work, kids and life permits. Weight workout is aggressive. Not really interested in adding any AAS to my HG.
I am 40, 6'3" and 300 pounds.
More interested in peptides etc. I have read a great deal but the opinions vary.
Not concerned to much with building big muscles, that would be a plus but more interested in leaning down.
