is IGF-1 long R3 what i am looking for?

my muscles are pretty thin and because of that my gains come really slow. since LR3 inhibits the growth and division of muscle cells resulting in the growth of more muscle fibers, will this peptide be beneficial to me?

i dont expect to gain any real size from this stuff, i just want to be thicker.

    stats: 19yrs, 180lbs, 5'9, 14% bodyfat, training 3yrs, no aas

Nah man. LR3 is nothing more than an over priced GDA.

Just stick with your basic supps (creatine, protein, BCAAs) and heavy ass lifts for a few years.

x2 to D7M. I've tried igf-lr3 a couple of cycles. Didn't really do anything. Keep training hard and eating well.

i read in some reviews that the only thing you really notice on cycle is great pumps, but it's more noticeable in the long run when you make gains faster due to the extra fibers.

is LR3 really a bullshit product or are you just saying that because it doesn't compare to AAS?

IGF-1 is expensive and often fake. You still can try it out to see, that you paid alot of money for little results

Real IGF-1 is worth it, but that impossible to come across.

IGF-LR3 is a complete waste of money, imo.
