    Advise on HGH please ppl

    Helloooooooo,

Well... I have v stretchy skin due to losing a lot of weight, I lost 3 stone (19kg) in 3 months... Basically on my lower abs I can grab the flesh and stretch it out, it's not saggy like it hangs or I can flap it but very wobbly and stretchy and I'm wondering if a low dose of HGH will help with tightening it up?

    Thank youuuu

hey..... have an idea. Why not start a thread which asking your specific question you are after in the title? your title does not solicit what you are after....my .02....see if that helps, it might~ hope so.

HGH mkaes your skin more elastic, but I have never heard of tightening.

I've been using for 2 years and my skin has improved but I don't think it's what you're looking for.

I've been using HGH for nearly 2 years myself. I am 52 and it seems to help stop age, (aka liver) spots. I had some when I started and they have not progressed since I've been using HGH.

I agree with ScOrch and I doubt that HGH will fix the type of damage that you have experienced. I do support the belief that it does promote more rapid healing and stronger joints. In my opinion, it's benefits are somewhat subtle in many ways and is great for maintaining what you have.

How old are you? If you're in your 30's there a good chance that your body will naturally tighten up the skin. If you're in your 50's the chances aren't so good. Younger skin is more elastic so it behooves one to stay lean. I don't think the HGH will tighten loose skin. I think you'll have better luck with some orals + Test.
