hi guys,

right, well as above really.. im really struggling to find info. on the above, yes i can find scientist talk and how ppl are using it but im really struggling...

basicaly, on my lower abs i have a pocket of fat that i CAN NOT shift, no matter how much cardio, clen,ECA i take... few years ago i was on the weighty side and i went on a silly crash diet and lost 3 stone (19.09KG) in 3 months, so now i am left with this real jelly like bit at the bottom, it doesnt hang or sag but its just wobbly and stretchy and i was kinda hoping that the above cud hep burn that fat and help with skin tightening....

what are your thoughts?

also, what are the side effects of this?
