i continually research how to run these two together and cant find one way to do it, but many different ways completely different from each other. i train 5 days a week and ive found 3 day splits and doing the igf and mgf on alternate days..

im used to running igf alone for 4 weeks straight then taking 4 weeks off. but i want to introduce the mgf now, anyone using these two together that can give me some help. i have igf-des on hand and mgf as well as peg mgf.
