3IU per day, 2 weeks in, yawning and stretching

So two weeks in, using HGH from a trusted source though it is chinese. Read the China HGH thread and trust the source enough to give this a shot.

Anyway, 2 weeks in and feel good, but yawning and stretching every five mins. Thought I'd read up about yawning and stretching and found this:

Yawning is considered a brainstem regulated behavior which is associated with changes in arousal and activity levels. Yawning and stretching are dopamine (DA) mediated behaviors and pharmacological studies indicate that these behaviors are associated with increased DA release coupled with stimulation of postsynaptic DA-D2 receptors.

Does it make sense that DA mediated receptors would be stimulated from HGH?

I started streching a lot too when I started. Not nearly as much as you are but I am taking a low dose. I'm sorry I cannot give you the reasons on why it does that.

Have you considered lowering your dose for a bit and then ramp back up? I bet it would help~

If you really want to experience yawning and stretching...add a mg of Bremelanotide (PT-141) to the GH

Thanks for the suggestion. Dropped to 2IU and switched to taking it before bed - much better so far.

I've got 40mg of that in the fridge Obviously you've used it, apart from stretching/yawning, did you get good results?

    You are welcome.

Just checked your profile and saw that you are 34. As good as it feels to inject before bed, you might re-consider this since your heaviest pulse in a 24 hour period is a couple hours after falling asleep and since at 34 you still produce a lot of gh, some feel this could eventually suppress your own production. So this is why many members get up in the wee-hours of the morning to inject and then go back to sleep. Plus this helps to blunt cortisol which is desired.

Usually pinning at bedtime is for anti-aging. But I confess I got irritated at waking up to the bright lights of the fridge with cotton swab in hand or pre-filling and putting in a cooler to jab myself in the dark... so sometimes I snuck in a few pre-bedtime doses myself. And then went into the best dreams of a lifetime.

Haha. Yeah I have the best dreams now. I have to agree with slim. I starting pinning two hours before I woke up and found that it helped a lot with the side effects I was having. It sucks but it really does help. Also I know it's not protocol, but I get my stick ready the night before and just leave it in the fridge so I can just pin-n-go.

You are not alone here. Like I mentioned, I pre-filled and put in a cooler. One member here pre-fills and places in his hard eyeglass case. There is the concern of bacteria some might say.
