    absolute noob needing GHRP advise

    Hi all.
    Just found this forum and joined up to ask the following...

    I am a 29 year old male weighing 84kg (185pounds), around 12% bodyfat.
    I have been looking into using GHRP2 or GHRP6 along with CJC-1295 DAC as I've read that it will slash the amount of bodyfat, Increase muscle cell size etc.

    I do not have the time to be fussy with my diet but I do try to consume 100grams of protein per day and I workout 3 times a week.
    My sleep pattern is all over the place and although I usually get 5 hours a day it may not be continous (ie 2 x 2.5 hours per day).
    I have read that the GHRP will help me with sleep, concentration aswell as the ability to build muscle and melt of body fat.

    If this is the case then the only question I have is in regards to mixing and dosing.
    I use Melanotan 2 so am familiar with injecting, but the units used when referring to GHRP are completely different to MT2 and it is confusing me.
    Can anybody tell me (based on the above info) what sort of dosage I would require daily to have a good effect, how many times per day or week i'd need to inject the CJC and the GHRP, and which type of GHRP and CJC is most recommended?

    Also, I read on one forum that GHRP is no good when mixed with Sterile water, but we cannot get BAC water where I live. Can anyone confirm this?

    What I would say about GHRP/GHRH peptides is that yes, it can do some of those things...primarily amongst the target market of on AAS/HRT users - and those who are able to triple your protein consumption.

    Since you are familiar with MT-2, GHRP-6 is can be a nice addition to the injection. 100-150mcg GHRP-6 with 250-500mcg MT-II. If you cannot locate bacteriostatic water, sterile water is fine as well as vitamin b12, etc

    Don't use any of the CJC's with DAC...DAC causes GH bleed and that's not what you want. You can run any of the GHRP's (ipamorelin, GHRP-2, or GHRP-6) with CJC-1295 no DAC...100mcg of each is the saturation dose and you can inject as much as 3 times per day (morn, pwo, and before bed).

    A couple of follow up questions..

    Would I need to inject both the ghrp and cjc every day or just days when I am working out?
    I can get GHRP 2 and GHRP 6 for the same price, which is better?

    Imola.. I am only able to train 3 times a week. Once is 60 mins of weights on upper body, and twice is 45 mins of boxing/cardio. Would injecting 100mcg 3 times a day be a waste of product?

    I would inject 3 times per day even on non-working out days and it won't be a waste. The ideal times to inject are morning, pwo, and right before bed. You need to do a lot of research on the subject before you try it as there is a lot of valuable info out there that will def. help.
