IGF-1 Long R3 Sub-Q or IM?
Can someone please clear this up for me, been doing alot of research and so many change there opinions on this, so what do i do Sub q or IM?

man its hard to get any responses here in the igf thread. but from what others have told me its either way with lr3. des is definitely in muscle you are working pre workout, but lr3 is longer acting and can be done either way, some people say they get better results and great pumps from doing it in muscle before workout and others dont, but either way bears same result in the end...again this is just what i hear, thought id reply because ive had a thread up asking for help for a few days hear and have got no responses. good luck bro.

IM much better, absorbs quicker and better with higher blood peak levels.
