    Starting new HGH and IGF1 cycle

    I have been away from the gym due to an accident at work and am now getting back to working out and want to start a cycle. I am 55 yrs old male, 5' 9" and 185 lbs. I am interested in HGH and IGF1. My work out partner is suggesting 3 IU's HGH and 3 IU's of IGF1 daily. I have been searching around for information about this combo but have not found a clear answer about the dosage and time on and off. Any help in this area would be appreciated.
