I did 1.5 iu of very high quality hgh a few years ago and remember sleeping like I did in high school--very deep and with difficulty getting up in the morning. Recently I started 2 iu of chinese blue tops. I've taken it for two weeks and haven't noticed any changes in sleep. I can't remember if there was any lag between starting and the effects on sleep. Can anyone weigh in on this? Thanks for any insights.
