t4 question

Hey guys if your taking 100mg t4 do you split yours up 50mg @ time for better contorl or all @ once.

T4 has a half life of about 16 hours so you really don't need to split your dosage. Besides if you take it too late you will have many sleepless nights staring at the ceiling.
