Hey, i just started taking hgh and for my workouts im doing p90x, i just want to know of anything in specific i should be doing to make sure i get to where i want to be...

I'm currently 19, weigh 210 and im 5'8, my main goal is to lose a lot of weight and in return gain a lot of muscle. The hgh im using is called Secratatropin HGH and so far it has me taking 5 pills per night on an empty stomach after drinking a bottle of water or so (16 fl oz).. I'm pretty new to all this, so am i on the right track?

I also hear hgh can make you taller? is this true?
