    HGH 3 x per week

    Planning on starting 10ius 3 x per week post workout with 6ius of slin. I know this has been debated a few times...but any of you run a protocol like this? I would only be doing slin on the days i use the hgh.

    I will also be using igf-des pre workout 400mcg split as well as 300mg of test c and 600mg of eq a week. i know i know eq gross, but going to give it one more try before I call bs on it, plus i am going to try to gain some lbs and could use the increase in hunger.

    what about not eating after the gh? then you are taking slin. I would def montior your blood sugar because with both i dont know where you will end up

    I plan on being as safe as possible amigo. So you are saying...no slin just pin hgh after workout pound just protein shake wait an hour then eat my carbs/protein meal?

    honestly not sure. gh will make you insulin resistant. for me 6iu's of slin isn't enough to counteract 5iu's of gh. "im a diabetic." So if you took your slin and gh together pwo and pounded carbs and dextrose. I think your blood sugar could go dangerously high.
    My thoughts would be to inject the gh before the workout. Then slin and eat as usual pwo

    This will be the protocol that I plan on starting around the 19th of october.

    des 400mc split bi into muscles before workout with 50g karbolyn, 10gbcaas.

    post workout pin 10ius of hgh
    6ius of humalog.

    immeditely following
    50gram carb shake of karbolyn
    50 grams whey protein
    5 grams creatine mono
    5 glutamine

    at the hour mark post workout
    8 ounce chicken
    1 cup white rice

    hour and a half mark
    8 ounces of chicken
    1 1/2 sweet potatoes
    8g of fish oil.

    Will also be on 400mg of test c ew and 600mg of eq ew for about 16 weeks.

    i would pin hgh pre workout, so u can eat carbs post workout.

    There is a method to my madness. I have talked to a lot of people. This is the way ii am running it. I am still having cards pre workout so...

    Going to start a log in the next few days here. Had a lot of success with igf des 1 3 pinning IM into my biceps. Also a noticeable amount of bodyfat dropped in my ab region.

    HGH 3x per week post workout is a good way to put on size. Adding slin to it only makes it better. 5-15 minutes post HGH shot would be a good time to pound slin (if you take it post workout)
