    Hgh must read!!

I have posted here regarding Fake HGH thats floating around, I found some new information about this and wanted to share it with everyone. Again Im a firm believer that your money is better spend on good gear and if you do HGH spend some money and make sure its the real deal. In my opinion all of the supossed colored tops are either fake or of very low quality and at best contain a little 192 HGH. Below is some more info from GenSci:

Jintropin™ is the only 191AA hGH brand in China
Jintropin™ is the only officially approved hGH in China that are produced by its patented secretion technology to make it purely 191 amino acid hGH.
Most of other Chinese brands, although claim to be 191 amino acid hGH, in fact are still containing small amount of 192 amino acid hGH in there because of the technology they use. (See published paper, The many faces of growth hormone , Summer 2005, Body of Science)

Ansomone and **********: they all claim to be 191 hGH. But in their government approved chinese product instuctions, there is no such information available. Only in Jintropin™’s government approved product instruction, there is clear indication that jintropin™ is 191 hGH.
What’s the advantage of 191 amino acid hGH?
    1. More stable
Jintropin™, because of being purely 191 amino acid hGH, is the only hGH in China that can be stored at room temperature for a long time and are stable at 37°C for about 2 months.
    2. Raising much less antibodies
191 amino acid hGH proteins are identical to the natural hGH, therefore pure 191 hGH causing very little antibody formation in the body. However the 192 amino acid hGH is different from the natural hGH, thus causing stronger antibodies formations in a majority of people. These antibodies will make the hGH stop functioning. This is why the US FDA is currently banning 192 amino acid hGH products now. (Click here to learn more about antibodies. )

    Brand name Manufacturer
    191AA hGH
    Jintropin™ GenSci
    Saizen™ Serono
    Norditropin™ Novo Nordisk
    Genotropin™ Pharmacia AB
    Nutropin™ Genentech

    192AA hGH
    Protropin™ Genentech
    Fitropin™ Kexing Biotech

    Beware of antibodies to hGH
    1. What are antibodies?
when you inject proteins different from the natural form, it will cause antibody formation. These antibodies will start to neutralize the protein you are injecting and it is the body’s protection mechanism again foreign invasion.

    2. How does antibodies work?
Natural hGH has 191 amino acids. Therefore, when you injecting 192 amino acid hGH, your body will form antibodies against the strange hGH and gradually stops your hGH from functioning.
    3. Why must we be careful about using cheap low quality hGH brands?
People found that some low quality cheap brands, containing large amount of E.coli host protein contaminations (because their manufacturers did not purify enough to save cost ), also raise large amount of antibodies to the hGH. These antibodies will also gradually stop the body’s hGH from functioning. Therefore, always be careful about using cheap low quality hGH brands. Typically these low quality hGH will still function as normal hGH in the beginning, but in the long run they are bad to the human body.

TABLE: Rate of antibody formation for different brands of hGH

Brand Name/ Manufacturer Cases of developing antibodies Rates of developing antibodies
    Nutropin™ / Genentech ① 0 / 446 0
    Saizen™/ Serono ①
    4 / 310 1%
    Humatrope™/ Eli Lilly ①
    5 / 314 1.6%
    Jintropin™/ GenSci ①
    1 / 61 1.6%
    Genotropin™/ Pharmacia AB①
    8 / 413 1.9%
    **********™/Zhuhai Hengtong ②
    12 / 61 19.7%
    Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences ③ 26 / 62 41.9%
    Ansomone™ / AnkeBio ④ 26 / 62 41.9%

From the above table, we can find that the antibody formation rate for Jintropin™ is much lower than other ******** hGH brands, and it is very close to the international hGH name brands.

What’s the consequence of using low quality cheap hGH brand or 192 amino acid hGH ?
Most low quality cheap hGH brands does contain hGH, but they also contain lots of E.coli host protein contamination. When injected (or when you injected 192 amino acid hGH), you would feel the hGH function, but in the meantime, your body will quickly generate antibodies to hGH. In a few months, your body’s hGH will stop functioning, and any new injection of hGH will be useless . Therefore it is key to always stick to the highest quality hGH--Jintropin™. Jintropin™ is the only hGH in China that causes minimum antibody formation, therefore, it is the best for long term use.

Some of that information is false, I've got independent lab reports from licenced lab in China what show its 191aa and that's for Anasome so to me I call bull on that article. It's just advertising.

They can show any test results they want unless you do the test independently, look at all the bad reactions to the product as a result of impurities.. I also disagree that they are just bad mouthing the competition, the test results actually show very complementary results about their biggest competitors. Its just my $0.02, believe what you will.

It was an independant lab in the UK who tested it and they are also FDA approved now and sell worldwide to hospitals etc, thats why your article on that part is false.

The article does not say ansonome is not 191, it only shows the rate of anti body reactions etc...

The 191/192 argument is old news ! I have used ansomone in the past with good results back in 2007 before it all dried up due to the 2008 olympics. I tried all the generic tops etc with not much success. I managed to get a good supply of saizen straight from a local chemist with great results. That has since dried up and i have about 3 months of it left. I came across Ansomone again so swopped over for about 8 weeks to see what difference was in results . Its deffinately as good as before but i held quite a bit more water giving me more sides like slightly swollen hands and feet which did reduce as time went on . I am back on the last of the saizen now awaiting my Ansomone to arrive. If the ansomone was to dry up that would be me with hgh as all else i have tried is not worth the money or the risk (as cheep as it is ! )
