    Ghrp - 6

    So what happens if i eat straight after my shot of rp-6 coz im so hungry . Does it ruin the gh release ?

    Could someone with more knowledge please explain it a little better

    Eating carbs causes an insulin release. The insulin causes IGF levels to rise. This blunts the GH release. Turns out fats blunt the GH release even more, but I don't remember the exact details on why this occurs.

    Don't eat for 30 minutes. After that, the pulse is over and GH levels are at their max, so there is nothing to blunt after 30 minutes.
