    HGH at 19

Alright i've posted on here before about steroids but what about HGH at 19?
I'm still shorter than both my parents (i'm 5'8 180) idk maybe 12% bf? but If i took HGH how much could I expect to grow and it wouldn't suppress anything naturally would it?

Go see an Endocrinologist. They can run tests and tell you if gh can help. Do it the right way. You have your whole life ahead of you.

Ditto on seeing a doc about this.

There are many things involved. Your growth plates. And another is the possibility of creating a negative feedback loop. What happens is that your own gh pulse could start to rely on the synthetic and once this happens then your own gh production coild very well slow or shut down since it doesn't feel needed anymore.

Also I do know that many people still grow on their own after 19.

And something you could do to help produce your gh pulse naturally would be to try to go to sleep early so you get the best bang for the buck while sleeping since your gh pulse is the heaviest in a 24 hour period a couple hours after falling asleep. And going to bed early helps since you want the pulse to come in before you go into wake-up mode when your cortisol kicks in.

Hope you find a good doc.
    Good luck.

Agreed... see a doc... gh may help

btw, my height increased by 1.5" between 19 and 22, so you can still reap natural benefits
