    What should I add to my HGH

    I'm starting an HGH cycle. I have 20 weeks of pharm grade HGH. I plan on starting out at 60 iu for the first 2 months 2 iu daily, then in month 3 bump it up to 80, 3 iu daily, then 100 iu for the remainder. After month 6 if I'm seeing results, I will either cruise at 60 ius for a few months or stop it completely. I will be running aas alongwith the HGH for 12 weeks, test cyp 300 mg weekly. I looked at Red Barons guide and he suggests IGF-1 LR3, T-4 and insulin . Others on the site recommend GHRP-2 and CJC-1295 without DAC. If I run the CJC-1295 and the GHRP-2 can I reduce my HGH dose? I don't want to mess with the insulin as I've read that could screw u up if u don't do it right. Can I run T-4 with the GHRP and CJC-1295? What would be the best bang for my buck here and give me the best results.

    I'm 50. 6'2 230lbs. 12% bf. I've been on trt for 2 years. 150 mgs weekly. I've cycled aas in the past but I haven't used HGH. I want to attain more lean muscle and keep my size. Am I pipe dreaming here?

    what do you mean you are running 60iu? Is that a month so 2iu a day?

    yes just to get my body use to it. If after the first few weeks then I'll increase by .5 I eventually want to get up to 5 iu a day but I know this isn't going to work over night so I'm going to take it slow.

    OK I found this: In humans, a dose of 1mcg/kg (100mg for a 100kg male) of GHRP-2 when combined with a GHRH of equal dosage creates a three-hour pulse of GH that is double the amplitude of an 8 IU synthetic (e.coli derived) growth hormone dose. So if I use the GHRP-2 with CJC-1295 (GHRH) then I can get an 8iu dose of synthetic gh which lasts for 3 hours. So why the heck do I need synthetic HGH? And I re-read Red Barons' page again and he says to use T-4 otherwise I'm wasting half of my pharm grade HGH. BUT can I use all three together and should I throw in some IGF?

    Most GHRHs and GHRPs have a short half life of roughly 7 or 8 minutes. So if you decide to use peps, just pin them 15 minutes before you pin your gh. I would suggest Ipa and mod-grf 1-29. Pin 100mcgs of each 3 times a day. I use it twice a day sometimes three times if I can carry a preloaded pin with me to work.
    I think you should hold off on the IGF. You're using a lot of things and there is no way to know what is working and what's not.
    You can always get more gh later and experiment with adding other peps or supps with it.

    i'm 50 running the cjc/ghrp increases your own natural production of GH.. thus i run it at night before bed giving my body the most it can produce... did you catch that?? the most it can produce..

    administering 2iu on waking and post workout.. i know i am getting 2iu each of those times of administration..

    that's what i find works great for me..

    Peptides will only release so much GH before you plateau. Synth GH gets you past that point. if you are satisfied with 5iu or so (equiv to GH) from peptides max a day, then peptides may be what you want? cheaper, easier to get, less risk of it not being legit.

    I haven't tried GH directly, only through peptides, but in theory (correct me if i'm wrong), you can do both peps and GH and get a pretty decent benefit for your buck.

    Running the CJC 1-29 and the GHRP-2 100mcg's of both 3 times a day, twice before supplementing the synthetic GH of 2iu's 2x a day plus the t-4 so I think I about 8-10 iu's totall with the added benefit from t-4.
