    Question about HGH Products

Are these products that are sold over the counter that claim to increase your natural GH levels actually work? Did anyone ever have any experience with any product and can say it does work? All the research I have done on this topic seems to have mixed emotions. Please give me some feedback Thanks

There are some expensive mouth sprays derived from deer antler velvet that are supposed to contain IGF-1. Some of the sports stars use and claim a benefit. I bought three, each lasts almost a month, and not even sure if I noticed anything. It could have either been bogus or so dilute as to be ineffective.
