t4 - cytomel, when to take it ? sleep problems

    hey guys

i want to take my t4 before bed, but it seems to give me terrible sleep problems and i cant sacrifice my sleep over it

i was taking my gh mid way sleep but everytime i force my self to wake up, go to the fridge, look for the syringe, try to remember where i injected the night before, blah blah, i cant even go back to sleep right away.. it takes me an hour or so to go back to sleep

so i started doing my shot before bed, i know u guys gon say blah blah it suppresses ur natural gh levels, but honestly, i been noticing great results doing it before bed then mid way thru sleep..

is there any way i can still take the t4 before bed with my gh without having the t4 keep me up? i been taking melatonin 10mgs before bed but it doesnt put me thru a deep sleep as i would without the t4

    thoughts and help

I take my T4 (125 mcg) first thing in the morning on and empty stomach with water and take my first Gh shot at the same time. I try not to eat for 45-60 minutes. The GH makes me a little drowsy but nothing a little coffee wont help.

From what I have been reading it's best to listen to your body. If you do better at night then go with it, some like it in the morning and it seems some do better without it at all depending on how they are taking the GH.

One hour is plenty for T4 before breakfast. Need two hours though after eating.

how much GH are you taking. If its 3 iu or more then you are better off splitting it into two doses. IMO morning works better. Like i said it makes me a little drowsy. My cousin (who is a Dr.) takes low dose insulin to combat the fatigue and he swears by it. Try it out in the morning and see how you do. Thats how most of us figured what works well. asking and trying it out.

i tried it first thing in the morning and mehh didnt really feel like it was effective

IMO u release gh while u sleep, so why not release more and take it before bed. i take 3ius before bed

they say it suppress ur bodys own natural gh but hey, we do steroids and take testosterone which reduces our own natural testosterone levels . LOL. same shit, some pplz dont even go off and just cruise and stay on it all year round

u cant argue to think that once u do steroids, no matter what kind of cycle, ur gon end up on HRT anyways in the future, heck even guys that dont use steroids do HRT,

i think once we stepped over into the dark side, ur gon suppress anything ur body naturally produces anyways

salute to steroids , salute to HRT!! hrt is the future
