Hgh
Is there no hgh that actually works? I'm 20 years old, I'm 5'11, my weight is 187lbs. I wanna be 210lbs and have less than 9% of body fat. Are roids the only way to go?

your to young for anything.
but gh isnt magic its a very long slow process. And an expensive one at that.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

This belongs in the peptide section, but you are too young for hgh or aas. If you need help with diet and training there are plenty of knowledgeable people on here that can assist you with that.

but I'm eating at least 4000-5000 calories a day. i work out 5 days a week. and one day of olympic lifts. i have always been skinny and its just frustrating to me now! and drink at least 60g of protein and take iron pills.

Lifting 6 days a week is almost guaranteed over training. I gained a lot more size when I reduced my training days from 5 to 4 and also cut my set volume. Also, if your 187 lbs and not gaining weight at 5000 cals. you might need to take a look at how your calculating your calories.

At 20, your natural secretion of Testosterone is about 40mg to 60mg per week. It's pretty high. You really don't need gear at this point. You can't gain weight. Sometimes genetics works against weight gain. Enjoy your lean physique when you get older you fatten right up.

I gained a lot of weight and bulked up when I was younger when I started training every body part per workout 1 exercise per body part to absolute failure at roughly 8 reps per set starting with biggest part part to smallest body part only 3 times a week. you need to figure out the right weight to start with in the beginning.
It works if you go high intensity and push out the last rep even after its not moving anymore "failure" spotter a must though.

The only way your going to gain weight is by eating more dude. Why can't people get that through their head. Muscle is made out of food, not 2-3 ml's of oil injections. Can you not see that?

For appetite I find a little extra cardio does the trick. Plus, it doesn't cost as much as a late model car...

Looks like another one got fooled and is believing miss information in regards to sides.
These guys are right, it's not real, it does NOT increase appetite. I used REAL HGH for almost a year, maybe a little more. I got mine via prescription from a US pharmacy so yes I'm sure it was read and it was $$$ No hunger increase.
