    Question HGH advice for sports purposes

    Hello Everyone, I am football player in my lower 20's and im looking to take hgh for the first time. I am Currently about 190lbs and would like to gain some weight as well as to benefit from advantages HGH has to offer, speed, strength, stamina. I am new to this and just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for doses, or if there is anything else i should take with it, any other advice would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks!

    Your young mate if your not going to make the big time i would forget it.

    If you do have the potential then yes it can be advantagous but its also a long term thing if you start now you should stay on for good as you might stuff up your own natural gh production. I have mates that are using it and are young mid 20's but are aware of all the risks.

    Welcome.

    21 is too early. Not worth messing with your endocrine system. Plus you produce TONS of natural gh now anyway.

    Your best best would be to realize that FOOD is your best chemical. So on that note, come on over to the nutrition forum and the members will get you set up with meeting your dreams. We all end up there sooner or later.

    HGH is a long term use compound. If you're looking for quick results AAS is a much better and cheaper alternative. My personal opinion is that athletes in their early 20's should maximize their natural potential with diet, training, and supplementation first. When their bodies are as far along as possible, naturally, only then look to AAS to get to the next level. AAS is not a short cut.
