I blew it and asked something i shouldn't have in my previous very long posting so I'll keep this short...
Is it worth doing a 1 month cycle for an otherwise light athletic female who wants to just get some better muscle tone?
i think I lost muscle on an HCG diet and have never been very muscly. I'm one of those skinny/flabby girls and the more I diet to lose the flabby parts, the worse it gets.
now I have problems with my knees that my doctor is attributing to lack of strength.
any recommendations? I've read that 1 month isn't enough, that it will be beneficial, that I'll have crazy hormonal fluctuations, that I'll be better off.... that it can only be injected, that the pills work.
I'd love to hear some opinions form this forum.
I work out with weights and cardio nearly daily.
