Coming of hgh after 2 1/2 years

I want to hear experience from people who have came off growth after being on it long term. I started Jan 2010. I play on coming off the end of May. This is my first run with hgh. Currently I'm running 5iu 3x per week. Since I started I've ran many different doses a few different ways. This way not only seems to be working fine but I read the study that I'm sure most of you have about taking it eod makes it easier for your natural growth hormone levels to start back up once you come off.

I guess my biggest concern is gaining fat easily afterwards. I had a slow metabolism when I was younger. Since I've been taking growth I can eat practically whatever I want in the offseason and gain very little fat with just 3 half hour cardio sessions a week. I'll definitely get back on again. I thought maybe a break would be good for my wallet mostly. Maybe I'll just have to eat a little better after my last show this spring. Let's hear it guys. Who has gone through this?

Watch your diet and stay on the cardio I would say would be the obvious answer
How did you like 5iu EOD.. Treated you well.. Can you post your gains with the 2.5 years on GH?

I experienced a huge dip in my well being and fat gain can be an issue. The muscle tissue gains I made on gh stayed with me but condition didnt. Like you have noticed and experienced you can eat what ever you like on gh or at least have some nice cheat meals and it doesn't effect you one bit and infact it kind of increases the potency of the gh in a strange way so you will need to keep the diet sharp.

Thanks Marcus. How long did it take for your you to feel "normal" again once you stopped? I guess I'll have to just really watch my diet. That sucks though cause I've definitely been spoiled. My girlfriend will of coarse love it because she's always making comments about me looking good and eating whatever while she of coarse struggles. I'm dieting now to compete in the spring and I get shredded quick.

Razr, I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the gains I've made. At the same time I started the hgh I started hrt at a dose of roughly 160mg per week. My body composition has changed dramatically. My shoulders have always been my weak point. Huge chest with narrow clavicles. I now have a much more balanced physique. When I started in Jan 2010 I weighed about 195 and a little sloopy. I started dieting that previous Nov at 210 and even more sloopy. I let myself go a little bit. Bf was easily over 20%. I did my first show May 2010 at 165lbs. Fast forward to Nov 2011 I competed at 194lbs and took 3rd out of 14 in my class. Obviously I cruise and blast my test as well never going above 1g.

It's hard to say what 5ius eod is doing right now because I am dieting and my eating had changed dramatically. In just 16 days I've shed a decent amount of fat and people are already making comments. I switched to this protocol during my 10 week bulk after my Nov show. Bf stayed down and I made nice gains off just my hrt dose. My immediate rebound after the show I went up to 200lb. I slowly crept up to 209 before I started my diet. In the future I would definitely consider running it again this way. For the longest time I did 6 on 1 off. I also did 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off. It all seems to "do the trick". Plain and simple, hgh is pretty good stuff

Ive taken hgh on and off for around 15 yrs, my longest I was "on" was for around 18mths - 2 yrs. I would take breaks from it or simply run a low dose. I would start to feel better after about 2 months of coming off hgh, it wasn't a serious issue for me but I did feel a dip in my well being and obviously the condition is so harder to maintain which can play games with your well being anyway! but I will say this, the muscle I built on hgh was permanent and ive stated this many times it transformed my physique. Ive recently gone back on hgh after having a few yrs off and again my body is slowly changing for the better. I run a small amount now and not like when I was blasting high dose along side short burst cycles, i'm far more reserved these days

No joke! I just got my dad on HRT since his levels were almost non-existant. Luckily, mine were in the mid/upper range w/ no exogenous test in my system.

When I had to take a trip overseas I wasn't on HGH for about 4 weeks. Other then that, I've been on it consistently for 4 years. The first thing I noticed was that I gained belly fat. I had to be a lot more strict on my diet. I like eating cheater meals and still being lean. HGH was awesome in that it allowed me to live a normal life and still stay lean. You'll be alright when you stop taking HGH. It's not great but you'll do fine.

I have been on it for almost 6 months. and have seen great results.
I was really hoping it would help me with hair loss/growth.
Maybe if you stop taking the GH the HRT will pick up in its place.

Wishful thinking but the hrt will not keep the belly fat off the way the hgh does. I'm tempted just to stay on 5iu 3x a week. It isn't that costly but still does the trick. I just think a break would be good. The reason I started first off all is because I had my igf-1 levels checked and they were way below normal. My endo said they were that of a 70 year-old man. He prescribed me growth but my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Of coarse the docs stuff was way too pricey so I got it elsewhere. Now here I am over two years later. I'm on test for life, maybe I'll be on hgh for life. Whatever, I guess I'm up in the air about it.

That is high as hell. Mine was in the low 100's and the range is something like 150-350. May not be exactly that but close.

No HGH will not effect test levels. Marcus simply meant that low test levels (in general) feels like the end of the world...no energy, depression, no sex drive, etc.
