Its a very low dose, I dont think that you will see any results. Maybe ED 50mcg would be fine.

If you inject 50mcg or 60mcg just maintain that dosage for a number of weeks, say 6 to 8 weeks. If you inject ED you inject for less weeks. I actually prefer the lower dose longer period.

Yeah I've reconsidered it to be honest, Im going to be running this at 50 ED and just buy another MG in 20 days. 50 mcg at 30 days, 30 day lay off, and then re cycle at 60 mcg for another month. Baby steps I guess, its my first run with anything injected at all.

    Day 1- Back/Biceps

First shot post workout, IM into both biceps at 50 mcg (25 per side). I chose biceps as the first spot, due to my inexperience regarding injections and surprisingly had no trouble doing this.
Nothing really exciting occurred yet as expected at this stage, but the following was noted.
-Mild feeling of uncharacteristic fatigue in the hours that followed though immediately before scheduled meals.
-Slight, but never the less noticeable feeling of tingling and discomfort in the hands and knuckles.
-Also experienced a profound increase regarding appetite and desire to eat in the seven to eight hours that followed though, and I will monitor this in the following days to determine wether this is/was a placebo effect or not.

Second PWO injection will be after working chest in two days.

    Day 3 Chest.
Woke up feeling slight GI problems. Assumed this was nothing and worked chest/triceps anyhow. Solid workout with some a really good pump the whole time. Hunger increase and all day pumps have continued thus far. Unfortunately after this workout Ive come down with a pretty brutal flu. I thought at first this may be igf, but it seems to be going around here. Extremely frustrating though, this occurred yesterday and I've had to miss my dose today, as I simply cannot eat and I assume it would make matters far worse. Hopefully this a classic two day thing and should be gone tomorrow.

Well this turned out to be the most painful gastro/flu I've had in my life. Today is the first time I've drank or ate anything for nearly three days. Thanks to severe fever sweats, vomiting, and the shit's I've lost six kg's since the start of this week. Pretty guttered here, but thankful to be healthy enough considering how much fluid I lost. I'm going to have to restart my cycle from scratch on Monday, thankfully I chose an lr3 only cycle to start with as I assume this would have devastated me other wise. The rest of this log will report on days of significance eg. Physical changes or strength gains.
Tbh my assumption is that this had nothing to do with my use of igf, and is simply a bad case of gastro. But obviously I could be wrong considering GI problems seem to be a common mild side effect. If anyone else has experienced anything like this on lr3 then any comments would be seriously appreciated.
