does GH help chronic insomnia
the effects of gh of fatloss, improved musclemass etc would be great, but i would like to know if others who have had chronic insomnia issues found gh helped this sort of problems and also when one comes off gh, does the sleep issues come back when off the GH.

No, it doesn't seem to help me. I'm no an insomniac but I wake up aobut 3 to 4 times per sleep cycle. I was hoping HGH would help me sleep. No go. But I still feel great, when I can get some sleep.

maybe on hgh its easier to get by on less sleep as your still getting growth hormone , where if not on hgh and have sleep problems then natural hgh is going to be upto shit i guess and reduce recovery ability from most activity.
cheers!!!

I sleep less on HGH. I actually have a harder time falling asleep, I think due to the fact that my body seems to require less sleep.
