hgh experience
I am 2 months in. Started with hrt prescription norditropin at very low doses. Now up to 4 iu per day. Seeing increased muscle and slow fat loss. I am 38 and 200 lbs. Roughly 18% bf. Worked out all my life but recently had a kid and let myself go for past year. Diet is now clean and work out 3 days per week. Seeing clear body composition change in 2 months (same weight). My question is will it continue to progress and to what extent. In other words where can I expect to be at 6 months in? Thanks.

By the way my goals are fat loss. I would have thougt would have lost weight but not at all, just seem to add muscle and lose fat. This is great, but would like to get to 190. I know...more cardio...

Continue eating clean and increase your exercise to 5x per week and you'll keep seeing results for months to come.

If you add T4 to your HGH you'll get better results.

Hey scotch how much t4 and does this assist in fat loss or muscle growth? Any other info on t4 with hgh would be much appreciated. Thx.
