i've seen online that abdominal, back of the arm, thigh and buttock are the best area's...can you do sub-q in the thigh and buttock? also can you do i/m in the back of the arm?

I've always done sub-q in stomach. Never even considered anywhere else.

You won't get scar tissue from a 29g sub q injection.

And just to reiterate what everyone else already said, you can pin your GH sub q anywhere you can pull your skin away from the bone or muscle to create an injection pocket. Or you can just pin in your fatty tissue.
