Question about traveling/flying with GH and needles.

I am going to be flying around domestically and out of the Country in a few months and
was wondering where some of you hide it that don't have scripts like me?

I doubt the needles would be a problem and I would take the labels off of the GH as well...I am thinking in a cosmetics bag in my suitcase and not in my carry on bag.

What do you guys say?

if its in your suitcase in the cargo hold you will be fine

i cant give you any advice on this because i have never done it and never will,Danb might be right and might be wrong,homeland security has been known to search checked baggage,they have searched mine.

I carried mine in my back pack inside a paper bag with a Styrofoam container and ice pack inside to keep it cool. I also had a doctors note and prescription taped to the outside of the paper bag and on the inside with the HGH just to be safe. After 6+ international flights (not counting transfers) I only had it checked 1x and once they saw the prescription they didnt go any further. Never had it opened or questioned through any of the scanners or security checks.

i fly all the time with insulin and needles and never had it checked.
i would not pull the labels off. If they do search and find it. You can claim stupid and say you didnt know you need to bring a script. If you have a unlabeled vial with powder youare going to look alot worse and your not talking you way out of it

Without a presciption seems risky to me. Can you mail it to yourself or have a friend mail it for you?

lovbyts, great strategy. I put mine in an insulin kit and carry it on. Never had anyone mess with it even if they open it.

Hmmm, looks like the insulin kit is the way to go whether in carry on luggage or suitcase. I can get one at Walgreens/CVS I assume......

yes the sell them at walgreens/cvs. they are nothing special just a little bag/pouch that holds the stuff. doesnt say like diabetes in big letters
